I spent $4000 for customized draperies for the living room at the westbury store. After steaming and 14 days of being tied in ribbons (as suggested by my sales consultant) the curtains still bulge...

Sales force is good. Measurement and installation is terrible. No one in the store stays on top of the order, so the customer has to continually follow up.
