Teller is Fast and provides good customer service with slow wait times. The lady in the front didn't look up to greet me as I came in though.

So... Bank of America made $1.7 billion in 2020 but they seem reluctant to spend it on any staff. On a busy afternoon at the branch there was one person taking customers and absolutely nobody else...
