A bank full of morons. asked to get my coins exchanged and they said they have to be rolled. spent 30 minutes rolling them and then another mindless worker then told me they cant accept them

They should get the card reader outside the atm doors fixed. I have a newish card that has never had any problems. Couldn't even enter. Couldn't use the atm
