Nazmul wanted to bring an authentic Indian dining experience to the East Village, which inspired him to start Apna Masala. To make the flavors reminiscent of traditional Indian food, we use only the freshest and finest ingredients to create the rich, full taste we’re known for. Continuing our focus on authenticity, we have traditional pictures and lights hanging throughout and Bollywood music videos playing in the background.
