History

What started as an in-home personal training business and one trainer has grown into a successful and transformational fitness home for hundreds of women and 12 trainers. The owner, Atara Weisberger, has been in the fitness field since 1988 and has taught and trained in three countries and around the continental U.S. and Hawaii.
