Elizabeth Davison, PA is a member of Summit Health's Urgent Care team. Prior to joining, she worked at a number of practices and facilities, including Faster Urgent Care in Morris Plains, St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital in Wayne, and Hackettstown Regional Medical Center in Hackettstown.She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants.

Ann M. Ricks, MD, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. Prior to joining Summit Health, she practiced in Hackettstown, NJ.Dr. Ricks is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society."I am a strong believer in evidence-based medicine," says Dr. Ricks. "I tailor treatment recommendations to the individual and work together with my patients to decide the course of treatment."

Tim Dunne, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, believes in helping his patients feel comfortable physically and psychologically, while making their therapy sessions as interesting, challenging, and fun as possible. He says, "I became a physical therapist after witnessing another physical therapist's hard work and dedication with one of my family members. I was impressed with the enormous difference that physical therapist made in his patients' lives!"Mr. Dunne adds, "My goal is to restore a patients' function as quickly as possible. For this reason, I make a point of understanding my patient as a whole and customize my therapeutic approach to best meet his or her needs."Mr. Dunne's personal interests include fitness, baseball (he's a New York Yankees fan), cooking, and traveling.
