SAGE, founded in 1954, is a private nonprofit organization concerned with the health, happiness and general welfare of older citizens and their families. It offers more than 10 programs and serves over 5,000 elders and their families annually in Union, Morris, Somerset and Essex Counties. It offers various home care services, such as bathing, nursing assessment, family respite, homemaking and assistance with medical appointments. SAGE also offers shopping and errand service to residents of Summit, New Providence, Berkeley Heights, Millburn, Short Hills and Springfield who are age 60 or older. Excellent craftsmanship! Over the years, they have repaired and/or restored a number of antique furniture pieces for us. We can not praise them enough. They do excellent work.0
