Rothman Frederic R MD

A native Texan, Dr. Patel grew up in the Dallas area suburb of Carrollton, where he graduated as salutatorian from Creekview High School. He was a magna cum laude graduate in Biochemistry from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and went on to complete his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Subsequently, he completed his internship, a two-year psoriasis research fellowship, and dermatology training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where he graduated as Chief Resident under the direction of Dr. Alan Menter.

Samantha Gerish is a Certified Physician Assistant at Schweiger Dermatology Group. She specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Samantha approaches her patients with empathy and listens to their complaints and concerns carefully. She wishes for her patients to feel heard as part of their healthcare plan. Prior to working in dermatology, Samantha spent four and a half years working in primary care/internal medicine, caring for patients with an array of medical conditions as well as focusing on preventative healthcare. She uses this valuable experience in her dermatology practice to provide a more well-rounded approach to a patient's health, diagnosis and treatment.
