History

Movement is most efficient when mindful. Learn why you move and how to improve your movement. You will find training focused on the anatomy of exercises; making sure form is correct to see results not injuries. Training is catered to individuals including weight training, calisthenics, plyometrics, yoga, restorative yoga, and mobility stretching. Develop a healthy relationship with exercising. Make fitness part of your lifestyle.

Specialties

Certified Yoga Instructor: vinyasa based. I am also trained in aerial yoga, restorative yoga, reiki, and meditation techniques. ACE certified personal trainer. Client's workouts include weight training, calisthenics, and plyometrics. I love to develop programs based my clients goals; whether it be to loose some weight, tone up, do your first pull up, or finish your first obstacle race.
