Elizabeth Davison

Kristen Eleftheriou, PA is a member of Summit Health's Urgent Care Center team. Prior to joining Summit Health, Ms. Eleftheriou worked as Physician Assistant in the Emergency Departments of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, RWJBarnabas Rahway, and JFK Medical Center in Edison. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants.

Lauren Im-Imamura, DO is a member of Summit Health's Family Medicine team. Dr. Im-Imamura treats a wide range of conditions in patients of all ages from infants through the geriatric population. She has additional training in pediatric care and womens health, having completed a womens health track during her residency. Dr. Im-Imamura has expertise in IUD placements, well woman exams, and contraception counseling and practices osteopathic manipulative treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal issues.Dr. Im-Imamura was drawn to medicine at a young age after participating on medical mission teams. Through those eye-opening experiences, she realized how profoundly rewarding it is to serve humanity and knew it was a path she would want to continue down. Those experiences would also be a driving force in her future care philosophy. As a family physician, Dr. Im-Imamura advocates for her patients and maintains a strong focus on preventive care, knowing how much of an impact prevention can have on someones life. She states, I treat each patient as a person - not just as an illness or diagnosis to fix.When not caring for patients, Dr. Im-Imamura enjoys serving at her church, playing guitar, hiking and exploring national parks, trying new restaurants in NYC with her husband, and spending time with her son.

Ryan Kanach, PA-C, specializes in orthopedics. He is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants.
