So glad I moved my account from Acme Vernon. Never had a problem so far with the drive up service. Staff members are friendly compared with the staff from Acme.

Customer service was not good my coupon expired like one day and wouldn't acknowledge it..... horrible customer service not happy

It took 4 or 5 in person visits WITH hard copy of New Insurance cards for them to finally update and fix. A few times they keep refilling after I've requested to stop.

I got on the drive-thru line at 12:05, it's now 12:35 and they just bite finished serving the second person. 15 minutes per customer is RIDICULOUS! How much effort does it take to pull the bag off...
