They're out of stock often. You ask for help and they don't know where anything is. If you're going to be incompetent, you better be friendly.

The pharmacy inside Ringwood's CVS does an outstanding job. Prescription turnaround is quick and the drive-through is a huge time saver. Their pharmacy/customer communication is fantastic.

Perpetually understaffed. I mainly used the pharmacy but no longer will due to this location's inability to fill my order without having to jump through multiple hoops every month. Go anywhere else
