Very helpful staff and that means a lot to me. Staff have consistently helped me to solve 'do it yourself issues.' I like that they care and that they are so competent.

Ace Hardware in West Los Angeles is lacking in customer service. Some staff is helpful, but most are not. I dread going there, but it is the only hardware store in my area.
