Home Services at the Home Depot

I'm really surprised this Home Depot has only 2.5 stars. Maybe I'm just used to the Holland tunnel Home Depot that is tiny and hard to navigate? This is the biggest Home Depot I've ever been to....

Rochelle has a bad attitude. When we asked her to enable "tax exempt" during self checkout she walked away from us to go drink her coffee. When she came back and we asked again, she was rude about it.
