A complete full service bicycle and fitness shop. We sell bikes from specialized, Cannondale, Eastern, co-motion, Surly. We have a complete BG Fitting studio to perfectly fit you to your bike. We are a bike shop year round! We also sell service and deliver quality indoor fitness equipment for your home or commercial. We carry Lifefitness, Vision Fitness, Lemond, Powerblock, and a full range of indoor bicycle trainers. During the winter we also sell recreational ice skates, snowshoes and sleds. After all it is all about playing and staying fit. Come visit us we are a big city shop with a small town atmosphere.
