Seven Magic Mountains
Seven Magic Mountains is a large-scale public art installation near Las Vegas, Nevada, created by internationally renowned Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone. Comprised of seven vibrant towers of stacked boulders, the installation stands over thirty feet tall, offering a striking contrast to the surrounding Mojave Desert landscape.
Originally produced by the Nevada Museum of Art and Art Production Fund, Seven Magic Mountains opened on May 11, 2016, and was initially slated for a two-year display. However, due to its popularity, plans are underway to extend its exhibition for several more years, ensuring that visitors can continue to experience this unique artistic expression in the desert.
