Our philosophy at El Fresco's is exposing Mexico’s true beauty from the sea. Working with local fishermen offers us an incredible variety of fish and seafood coming from Ixtapa, Huatulco, la Paz, Veracruz and the Sea of Cortez. Our focus is bringing Mexico’s true riches and present it to our guest, as we offer them a glimpse into fresh Mexican cuisine. Our display and offer a variety of fresh fish and seafood with unique preparation of cooking which includes grilled “a la Mexicana”, baked in a salt crust, pan fried, or sashimi as well. Our menu is geared towards family style.
