There's a lot of garbage and the streets are filled with trash. It's a different environment and I don't feel safe

Chinatown Plaza has ample parking that is a big plus, but so many of the places are closed or coming soon. There are a few restaurants, shops, and tiny stores, but nothing to recommend coming here...
