Highway 50 is America's Loneliest Highway, it gives you a taste of eternity. It carries you thru Nevada's Basin&Range, where the land is stretched&folded like someone making a cosmic origami fan....

Snow plowing is a joke here in Ely. They do NOT do a decent job. The roads, and I literally mean every single street is pot hole after pot hole.
