Reps were very curt and rushed me along. Provided different info in person that over the phone. You physically have to go into office to start service while their hours are standard business...

worst utility company in the Kansas City metro area. They will drive the neighborhoods like street thugs and turn you off for being 1 day late (bill under 150$) and then charge a 50$ reconnect....
