Leen Al-Sayyed, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist and transplant hepatologist who sees patients 18 years and older. She provides comprehensive care, including colorectal cancer screening, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, small bowel pill endoscopy, and liver biopsy. She specializes in diagnosing and treating digestive diseases, including esophageal diseases, peptic ulcer disease, gastric diseases, pancreatic-biliary diseases, Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis, colon cancer screening, and all spectrum of liver diseases, including hepatitis, cirrhosis, liver transplant evaluation and management. This practice is a part of BJC Medical Group of Missouri.

Lilibeth Cayabyab-Loe, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician and geriatric medicine specialist who treats patients 18 years and older. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, and vaccinations, and manages acute and chronic conditions. She treats a wide range of conditions, including cold and flu symptoms, asthma, allergies, anxiety and depression, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, tobacco use, and urinary tract infections. She also helps patients with advanced directives and planning for end-of-life care. This practice is a part of BJC Medical of Missouri.

Mark Howard, MD, is a board certified primary care specialist who has more than 18 years of experience caring for patients. “Getting to know my patients personally is the most rewarding aspect of being a physician,” Dr. Howard says. “My goal is to provide individualized care to meet the special needs of the patients who I am entrusted to care for.” As a primary care physician, Dr. Howard sees patients 18 years and older and focuses on preventative care for his patients. His special interests include sports medicine, nutrition education including a familiarity with naturopathic medicine, care for aging adults, psychiatry and dermatology. Outside of his practice, Dr. Howard and his wife stay active by cycling and paying special attention to their nutrition. They have two Australian shepherds and are surrounded by their large, extended families here in St. Louis.
