You do get what you pay for in the area youre in and the space you live in. Also pet friendly, however.... if you live there mulitple years expect to pay a "non refundable" pet deposit every year...

You will be charged for things that you don't understand and they cannot explain. The landlord will then not answer your calls or even meet with you. No maintanence done properly. Downright...
