Update 06/28/2018 I have just received my late fee refund from the Hawthorne Park Apt. No explanation was given as to why it took so long. But they did make good and refund my money.

Hawthorne park ( Broadmoor ) are old apartments and everything breaks. To have them repair something you have to constantly reorder the repair. The parking is not bad, lots of space. The staff are...
