Big River Ambulance District has been serving the residents of Jefferson County, MO, since 1975, covering an area of 125 miles and responding to an average of 3,500 emergency calls each year. Led by Chief Scott Fisher since 2021, the district operates three Advanced Life Support ambulances, ensuring emergency services are available around the clock.
