I was transported by Abbott Ambulance in December to Mercy Hospital. They crew was amazing and took excellent care of me. Both crew members had awesome bedside manor and eased my anxiety.

They didn't file the claim correctly for my mother's transfer from hospital to inpatient therapy... only across the parking lot, $1208.00!! Contacted them numerous times, wasn't allowed to speak...

They never came to pick up my mother. Originally they said they would be there at 3:30 pm then they pushed it back to 7:30 pm then they pushed it back to 11:30 pm. and according to the nurse maybe...

there service was great and care was amazing BUT their billing SUCKS. Nearly a year later, I get a bill for the service that happened in July of 2024. And wanted me to pay an 1100.00 bill....
