Ecumen Home Care provides medical and non-medical services to those living in Blue Earth, Le Sueur, Nicollet, Waseca and Watonwan counties. Services include light housekeeping, help with meal preparation, dressing and grooming, medication management, therapies, and much more. We accept Medicare, Medical Assistance, Veterans Benefits, Health Insurance, and Private Pay. Lake Ridge Care Center, a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility, offers skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted and independent living services. It provides skilled nursing services, rehabilitation therapies, assistance with daily living needs, and treatment and interventions for various health disorders. The facility also offers services for a wide range of mental complications. The center provides private and semi-private apartments and rooms, common areas and a variety of supportive services, including comfortable dining, personal care assistance, laundry and housekeeping services, medication management and scheduled transportation. In addition, Lake Ridge Care Center offers services of beautician, barber and dietician. The facility is based in Buffalo, Minn.
