Oak TerraceHome Care Services Oak Terrace Health Center Home Care is a Class A Professional Home Care Agency, servicing the Gaylord area and surrounding communities in Nicollet, Blue Earth, Sibley and McLeod counties. We offer professional nursing and home health aide services, 7 days per week, from 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Each home care client receives an individualized service plan tailored to their specific needs.

Park View Care Center is a more than 120-bed skilled nursing facility for senior citizens, located in Buffalo, Minn. It is a part of Elim Care, a group that specializes in housing and health care for the elderly. It provides professional rehabilitative and long-term care to a community of mature adults where they can receive assistance with the activities of daily living. The goal is to enable seniors to maintain an active, independent lifestyle. Supportive services include assistance with daily personal care, reminders to take medications, and physical, occupational and speech therapies to improve independence and abilities. Patients with dementia diagnosis have special and needs that are met in activity programs developed specifically for them, and are cared for by staff specifically trained to care for these special needs residents.
