It provides a spectrum of health care services related to general health care, rehabilitation, and assisted and independent living. The Mala Strana Health Care Center offers physical, occupational, speech and respite therapies, personal and postacute care, restorative nursing and pain management, and social and spiritual services. In addition, the center provides Medicaid assistance, skilled care, physician's assistants visits, and housekeeping and laundry services. It is located in New Prague, Minn.
