Ebenezer Ridges Care Center

Founded in 1917, Ebenezer provides community-centered care for older adults. It provides a wide range of programs and services, including senior housing, assisted living, memory care, transitional and long-term care, home health care programs and a variety of community-based services. Ebenezer owns and provides management support and services to housing locations throughout Minneapolis. It offers various resident services, which includes meals, transportation and recreational activities, housekeeping and laundry assistance, social services and short-term rehabilitation following surgery. It also provides various adult and child care programs, including day care and intergenerational programs. Ebenezer is part of Fair View Health Services and is headquartered in Minneapolis.
