Wendy Davis, PA-C

Kimberly Cronk received a bachelor of science degree from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI where she majored in biology and minored in psychology. She went on to receive a master of science degree in medicine, physician assistant studies, also from Western Michigan University. Her prior clinical experience includes work at various medical centers in pediatrics, OB/GYN, psychiatry, cardiology, family medicine, internal medicine, general surgery and dermatology. Cronk is certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also certified in advanced cardiac life support. Cronk joined the active staff of Oaklawn in 2019.

Austin Lutz received his bachelor of science degree in Major Interdisciplinary Health Services from Western Michigan University. He continued his education at the College of Nursing and Health Professions at Drexel University where he obtained his masters degree of health sciences as Physician Associate. His experience includes work in an urgent care setting where he examined and diagnosed pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Lutz also worked as a Lead ER Tech where he performed phlebotomy, ear irrigations, CPR, EKGs, etc. His past experience also includes working as a home health aide. Lutz is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Associates. He joined Oaklawn in 2022.

Taylor Reed, PA-C is a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician Assistant serving patients at Oaklawn's Express Care sites. She earned her Master of Science in Medicine from Western Michigan University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University. Taylor is experienced in managing acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan, with clinical training in psychiatry, dermatology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and more. She is committed to patient-centered care, preventive health, and building strong, trusting relationships with the individuals and families she serves.
