Our goal is to provide you with a quicker, more convenient cost saving alternative to the emergency room when you are facing a non-life-threatening injury or illness. While Oaklawn Express Care does offer assistance with immediate health care needs, if you are suffering from a true medical emergency, go to the emergency room at Oaklawn Hospital or call 911 immediately. Services available at the clinic include treatment for the flu, allergies, cold symptoms, infections and more. Kimberly Cronk received a bachelor of science degree from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI where she majored in biology and minored in psychology. She went on to receive a master of science degree in medicine, physician assistant studies, also from Western Michigan University. Her prior clinical experience includes work at various medical centers in pediatrics, OB/GYN, psychiatry, cardiology, family medicine, internal medicine, general surgery and dermatology. Cronk is certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also certified in advanced cardiac life support. Cronk joined the active staff of Oaklawn in 2019.

Taylor Reed, PA-C is a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician Assistant serving patients at Oaklawn's Express Care sites. She earned her Master of Science in Medicine from Western Michigan University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University. Taylor is experienced in managing acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan, with clinical training in psychiatry, dermatology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and more. She is committed to patient-centered care, preventive health, and building strong, trusting relationships with the individuals and families she serves.
