Founded in 1904, American Concrete Institute is aims to increase concrete knowledge by conducting seminars, certification programs and publishing technical documents. Black Family Development is a private nonprofit counseling agency, founded in 1978, by the Detroit Chapter of the National Association of Black Social Workers.
