Founded in 1953, The ARC Services of Macomb is a nonprofit membership association that provides services for people with disabilities. It offers opportunities to people with disabilities to participate and contribute in community activites. The association provides community employment and support, shared parenting, special educational and advocacy services. In addition, the ARC Services of Macomb offers initial and general information of estate planning for individuals with disabilities and their families. It works with attorneys and financial planners to provide referral services. The association offers services to individuals with special needs through a variety of programs and services. It additionally provides vocational opportunities, as well as community support, representative payee and fiscal intermediary services. The association is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). The ARC Services of Macomb is located in Clinton Township, Mich.

Founded 1978, the Ennis Center for Children is a nonprofit, licensed child placement agency that provides foster care, adoption and support services for children and families. It serves abused, neglected, abandoned, and medically and emotionally underprivileged children from poor, minority and at-risk backgrounds. The agency provides a range of support programs related to mental health, delinquency, reintegration and post-adoption. The Ennis Center for Children offers recruitment, orientation, training, placement, supervision and advocacy services for children and families through its adoption program. It administers the Intensive In-Home Services program, which includes intensive support and in-home mentoring and home counseling services for delinquent youths and families. The Ennis Center for Children maintains a location in Flint, Mich.
