The M Training Center is a community resource used to train participants in the field of property maintenance. This field is in high demand within the state of Michigan, and, within Continental Management. This program will recruit prospective technicians (regardless of experience) and train them on the basics of property maintenance. Using a hands-on approach, participants will engage in units on plumbing, electrical, Heating/Cooling, janitorial, painting, and drywall repair. Additionally, units will also be taught on customer service, conflict resolution, anger management, and trauma. We will address the whole person in their preparation for this field.
