Stanley Forfa, MD is board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Forfa focuses on preventive medicine and wellness. He also has advanced medical research training at Michigan Medicine and National Institutes of Health.

Jane Imo is a certified family nurse practitioner. Jane has over twenty years of nursing experience. Jane began her career as a registered nurse and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. Jane's clinical interests are preventive care and treating the whole family.
