Jane Imo is a certified family nurse practitioner. Jane has over twenty years of nursing experience. Jane began her career as a registered nurse and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. Jane's clinical interests are preventive care and treating the whole family.

Kevin Bohnsack, MD, MPH, has extensive experience from multiple stateside and overseas locations. He has clinical interest in preventive medicine, electronic communications with patients, and information management.
