John Tobin, PhD

Stephanie Fedele received her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University in 2004. Ms. Fedele specializes in treating trauma. She is a Certified Therapist in EMDR. Her interests include treating individuals with PTSD, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, dissociation, phobias, chronic pain, various childhood abuses, grief, and service-related traumas. Ms. Fedele joined Oaklawn Psychological Service’s staff in 2010.

Brielle McDougall received an associates degree in science and applied art from Delta Community College in Bay City, MI., and went on to Central Michigan University to obtain her bachelor of science degree in public health education and health promotion. She then graduated from Central Michigan University’s physician assistant program. Her past experience includes working as a physician assistant in outpatient mental health for Henry Ford Allegiance. McDougall is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants. McDougall joined Oaklawn in 2019.

Dr. Thakur earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees from Darbhanga Medical College in India. She completed her residency at the University of Tennessee and fellowships in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Tennessee and Wayne State University in Detroit. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with additional board certification in child and adolescent, and in adult psychiatry. Dr. Thakur has broad experience in treating childhood behavioral disorders and mood disorders. She joined the staff of Oaklawn in 1993.
