Shannan Lester, LMSW, CAADC, RPT

Stephanie Fedele received her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University in 2004. Ms. Fedele specializes in treating trauma. She is a Certified Therapist in EMDR. Her interests include treating individuals with PTSD, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, dissociation, phobias, chronic pain, various childhood abuses, grief, and service-related traumas. Ms. Fedele joined Oaklawn Psychological Service’s staff in 2010.

Aimee Lemon received her bachelor of arts in therapeutic recreation degree from Central Michigan University and continued her studies at Western Michigan University where she obtained a masters of social work in clinical and administrative degree. She received a School Social Work Certification from Michigan State University and is also certified in crisis prevention intervention.

Brielle McDougall received an associates degree in science and applied art from Delta Community College in Bay City, MI., and went on to Central Michigan University to obtain her bachelor of science degree in public health education and health promotion. She then graduated from Central Michigan University’s physician assistant program. Her past experience includes working as a physician assistant in outpatient mental health for Henry Ford Allegiance. McDougall is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants. McDougall joined Oaklawn in 2019.
