Leonard Hall originally established Uptack Plumbing and Heating in 1982 on Uptack Road in Groveland, Massachusetts. The company specialized in residential plumbing and heating providing high quality services from the very beginning. In 1987 the company moved to their present location in Haverhill. In 1997 Uptack formed a sheet metal division which established the company as a complete plumbing and HVAC contractor able to handle larger commercial or residential mechanical projects. Uptack currently operates out of a 5000 square foot facility in Haverhill. We have over twenty-five full time employees and twenty trucks on the road. About Our Policies and Warranties We have a simple policy and philosophy here at Uptack. We take great care of our customers - whether you are a homeowner, general contractor, architect, mechanical engineer, or business owner. If you have a problem, please contact us and we will work with you to solve that problem as quickly and fairly as possible. All of our installations come with a one-year parts and labor warranty. Any service repairs we make are guaranteed for a full 90 days. Extended warranties are available on some pieces of equipment. Service agreements are available and usually provide the best values to property owners. Regular, thorough, routine, manufacturer recommended maintenance is vitally important.
