The Eliot Healthcare Center offers a full range of medical services to more than 120 residents. It offers short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. The center s staff members include medical specialists, nurses, therapists, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers. All of its beds are certified by Medicare and Medicaid. The Eliot Healthcare Center also offers a special cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program. The center has a separate unit dedicated for the care of residents who suffer from Alzheimer s disease and other forms of dementia. The staff members focus on metting the special needs of Alzheimer's disease-affected residents. Located in Natick, Mass., The Eliot Healthcare Center is a part of Kindred Healthcare.
