Hebrew Rehabilitation Center, located in Boston, offers a variety of social and welfare services to the senior citizens. It has a facility of more than 600 beds for long-term care, and over 30 beds for acute care. The center also has snack bar and coffee lounge, a dining room, residents' bank and a hobby shop. The organization provides various long-term care services, including residential, health and specialty care. It also offers home services, including individual and personal care assistance, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, and transportation. The senior citizen home organizes various activities for community members, including exercise classes, bingo, painting and crafts workshops, word and card games, and hospitalization services. Additionally, it organizes trips to shopping malls, supermarkets, drug stores and banks, gift shops, beauty and barbershops, and social gatherings that include ice-cream socials, tea parties and picnics at parks.
