Does this bank know anything about computers and information. the service is top of the line, but they need some work with their tellers and how the systems work

I'm closing my account!! I went to a conference in Orlando, FL. The person checking me in charged the room to my debit card instead of adding it just for incidentals. This caused a snowball affect...
