2.5 stars. I booked this place through class pass. I had an appointment at 4:30Pm and when I got there there was a lot of walk ins waiting. What I noticed is you are not immediately asked to check...

I am so glad I found this place! This woman is a saint! There was a line of 5 girls in front of me and it was worth the wait. I had never been there before so I was totally okay watching 5 girls...

Does not take appointments, Walk-in is option is best Threading was fast, nice shape and less painful

love this place my favorite place in Boston for sure. But def be prepared to wait a good 30-hour. And they don't have a check in system so you have to actually sit and wait which is not the best....
