Ana received her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Salisbury University. During her time there she also gained leadership experience during a DNP project, “Nurse-Led Advance Care Planning in Primary Care.” This project was to implement evidence-based nurse-led advance care (ACP) planning discussions with patients living with chronic conditions in a primary care setting. Ginger Wille, FNP-C received her first bachelor’s degree in health science with a focus in health education from Excelsior College in Albany, N.Y. She later earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Salisbury University, and her master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University. Wille is a certified family nurse practitioner. Wille began her career at TidalHealth in 2013, offering comprehensive patient care as a charge nurse/registered nurse. Jordan Braniff is a native of Worcester County and a graduate of Stephen Decatur High School. He is board-certified in family medicine by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Braniff, a Stephen Decatur High School graduate, is board-certified in family medicine by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. A former emergency department nurse and long-term volunteer firefighter/EMT, Braniff earned his Bachelor of Science degree and became a registered nurse through Salisbury University. He also attended Salisbury University for his advanced practice education, earning a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and a post-graduate certificate in healthcare administration.
