Ginger Wille, FNP-C received her first bachelor’s degree in health science with a focus in health education from Excelsior College in Albany, N.Y. She later earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Salisbury University, and her master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University. Wille is a certified family nurse practitioner. Wille began her career at TidalHealth in 2013, offering comprehensive patient care as a charge nurse/registered nurse. Ana received her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Salisbury University. During her time there she also gained leadership experience during a DNP project, “Nurse-Led Advance Care Planning in Primary Care.” This project was to implement evidence-based nurse-led advance care (ACP) planning discussions with patients living with chronic conditions in a primary care setting. She is also the leader of the “Communication-Education about Advance Directives” strategic planning subcommittee at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional. Megan Karin Tyndall, DNP, FNP received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University. She went on to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice Family Nurse Practitioner from Salisbury University. She has extensive critical care experience and a passion for providing holistic patient-centered care. Tyndall is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Nurse Practitioners Association of Maryland.
