Jenny is passionate about helping people live more authentic, fulfilling lives. With warmth, directness, and humor, she collaborates with clients to dismantle patterns that block progress and joy. She creates a safe, positive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore emotions, process the past, or address current challenges by breaking obstacles into manageable steps. Jenny works with adults and older adolescents navigating life transitions, relationship distress, mood disorders, and emotional dysregulation. She has experience supporting diverse family structures, monogamous and nonmonogamous relationships, and clients across the gender spectrum.

Johanna brings over 15 years experience in the mental health field to Balance Point Wellness, LLC. She helps children, adolescents, and adults achieve their personal goals through a delicate balance of acceptance and change. Johanna specializes in anxiety and mood disorders and utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. She also works with trauma victims and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Kate is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a B.S. in Psychology from Towson University and an M.S. in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore. They bring a strong background in mindfulness practices, which they incorporate into therapy when appropriate. Kate has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, complex trauma, PTSD, and gender and sexual identity exploration. Specializing in work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, Kate is committed to providing culturally competent, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQIA+-affirming care. Their trauma-informed approach acknowledges the role of environmental and sociopolitical systems in mental health.
