JENNIFER SAGE, LMSW

Juanita is a Licensed Master Social Worker who graduated from the University of Maryland-Baltimore and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bowie State University. She believes in a person-centered approach, recognizing we are humans first, and celebrates the resiliency of the human spirit. Juanita is passionate about helping teens and young adults build the skills needed for success in life. She has experience supporting youth and adults with ADHD, autism, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and challenges with communication or life skills. Using a trauma-informed lens, she incorporates CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Rachel's vision for her approach to working with clients offers an applied integrative theoretical and holistic lens. Foundational theories informing Rachel's approach to clinical work include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused approaches, and Compassion-focused. She has experience working with adults with substance use and mental health disorders at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Rachel will create a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental space for clients to process trauma and cope with life's challenges.

Danny is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Maryland and a recent graduate of Loyola University Maryland. He has experience working with individuals across the lifespan and supporting a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, ADHD, and more. Danny takes an eclectic approach to therapy, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while also incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. He believes therapy is not only a space to address challenges, but also an opportunity to highlight strengths. Danny helps clients develop healthier thinking patterns, strengthen relationships, overcome obstacles, and build self-care into their daily routines.
