We ordered large everything, they gave us 3 medium cokes, and we asked for all large, they gave us all larges, then one of them had all ice and no drink. Literally only one sip and it was gone.

Well, at least one employee is not as friendly and concern. I bought an ice cream cone when the associate brought it to me at the table it had very little ice cream. When I said something about it...

I love the chicken nuggets and the waffle fry's I recommend trying the ice cream and the barbecue sauce unlike McDonald's they actually give you the barbecue sauce if you ask for extra

Waited for a beverage refill for over 5 mins. standing being looked at and waited on other customers. 2 managers saw me and walked away and did other non customer service things. Not good
