Service: I've been going to this Chick Fil A for like almost a decade at this point and it's literally never been bad. That's insane actually now that I think about it. Not a single bad experience...

second time in a row through the drive thru I wasn't given a straw. This time I checked for the straw and asked for one. However this time they also forgot the sauce. Please pay more attention.
