Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center provides professional education, and is located in Altoona, Pa. It offers a wide range of courses that include heavy-duty vehicle maintenance; collision repair and refinishing technology; digital printing technologies; electrical trades, food production; interior decorating and finishing; multimedia and Web design; precision machining and welding technology. It also offers adult programs that include software specialist, medical assistant, medical office secretary, culinary arts, dental assisting and computer repair technology. It offers various certifications, such as Automotive Technician Training Certification Program, American Welding Society, National Institute for Manufacturing Skills, and Refrigeration Service Engineers Society. It has ISO 9001:2000 certifications. The center is a member of theAmerican Association for Adult and Continuing Education, Blair County Builders Association, Distributive Education Clubs of America and Future Farmers of America.

The Greater Johnstown Career and Technology Center, also known as Greater Johnstown Area Vocational Technical School, offers a variety of academic and enrichment programs. The center serves the career and work force development needs of adults and high school students in the Greater Johnstown area in Pennsylvania. It offers adult education and training programs, as well as motorcycle safety classes. The center also administers vocational and English as a Second Language programs. The Greater Johnstown Career and Technology Center has been in operation for more than 35 years. Its industrial training programs serve over 1500 employees annually and provides financial aids. The Greater Johnstown Career and Technology Center operates a student council.
